Notifier addressable fire alarm panel and radio box for shopping mall:
Fire Alarm Projects: 400 Bellevue Ave: Installation of an addressable fire alarm system in a 52 unit condominium.
This project was a design build project that
required us to work in an existing building with 52 different owners. Constant communication
with the owners and
the property management company made this a successful project. Building
292 Newport Naval Station: Installation of an addressable voice evacuation system for the Navy Galley where
over 600 military
personnel eat daily. The project involved a difficult work schedule as the kitchen was open from
5am to 7pm 7 days a week. Careful planning and the ability to work off hours made this a succcessful
project. Building 1288 Newport Naval Station:
Installation of an addressable fire alarm system for classrooms and training spaces. Another project
that required planning work schedules around classes. Project was completed on time even with a
difficult work schedule. Tech 2, 3, & 4 Plaza:
A multi phase project that involved the installation of three new addressable fire alarm systems for the Tech plaza
buildings. All
buildings were completely upgraded to the RI state fire code. Tech 4 project which was a 160,000 sq ft
building was recently
completed. The Tech 4 space has over 500 devices installed. Long
Wharf Mall: A multi phase project that involved retail spaces on the 1st floor and office space on the
2nd floor. The project was a design
build that was designed and drafted by our fire alarm team. Humphrey's Building Supply: A large home improvement store that was another design build project.
A new addressable system was installed
