Q: Can I replace a two-prong outlet with a new grounded three-prong outlet?

A: Grounded type (three prong) outlets may not be substituted for ungrounded (two prong) outlets unless a ground wire is connected. An exception to this rule is allowed when the outlet is protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).

 

Q: How often is my fire alarm system required to be tested?
A: Local fire alarm systems with less than 24 devices are tested semiannual.  Municipally connected systems and Local systems with more than 24 devices are tested quarterly.
  

Q:  Do you have 24 hour emergency service?
A:  We offer 24 hour service to all our customers.  We have an electrician on-call and a fully stocked shop for quick response.

Q:  I purchased my Generac generator elsewhere.  Can I use Toner Electric for warranty work?
A:  Yes!  We are an authorized Generac dealer and can perform maintenance work on your generator regardless of where you purchased the unit.

Q:  Are you insured and bonded?
A:  We are fully insured and bonded.  We can provide certiificate of insurance certificate upon request.

Q:   What type of fire alarm equipment do we install?
A:    We are Notifier and Fire-Lite installer.  

Q:  Do you offer design only service for fire alarm systems?
A:  Yes we can provide a complete set of CAD system plans of your building and a full submittal package. Call Frank for details.
